I came to your blog to read the post about the black squirrel—and had to smile when it was on the same page as a post about skunk, and with a picture of Pepe le Pew to boot.

I've had an interest in totem animals for several years and have regularly looked up meanings when an animal crosses my path. A few days ago, I was guided by a couple of nudges—one that told me to look at a particular DVD on the shelf, which in turn led to a childhood memory—and then to go look up skunk totem. It was the most powerfully emotional totem message I've ever received. So that let me know Skunk is major for me, and it had never occurred to me before to consider it.

Interestingly, a few weeks before this, I had chosen Pepe le Pew as a playful icon for a creative writing project I was going to do for fun but haven't started yet. I love these synchronicities that either nudge me to remember/look up something or show me I'm on the right path.
