Books I Recommend
If you are interested in learning more about past lives and how regression therapy can be useful, may I suggest the following books. May I also ask that you support your local, independent bookseller.
Children’s Past Lives and Return From Heaven by Carol Bowman, who was also a student of John Amoroso. In her books she explores how paying attention to what our young children are telling us about past life experiences can free them from the negative effects of those memories.
Anything by Michael Newton, especially Destiny of Souls and Life Between Lives. Newton focuses more than any other past life researcher on what happens in the “between time.”
Old Souls by Tom Shroder is about Ian Stevenson, one of the world’s hardest working reincarnation researchers who traveled the world over for decades collecting spontaneous memories of past lives in children.
Karmic Relationships by Charles Richards.
Exploring Reincarnation by Hans TenDam.
Other Lives Other Selves and Healing Your Past Lives (includes CD) by Roger Woolger, who was a colleague of John Amoroso.
Anything by Brian Weiss.
