“I Don’t Think I Can Be Hypnotized.”

We live our life in a trance state. To my way of thinking, becoming hypnotized is in some ways more like finally waking up. For those who feel they can’t experience hypnosis, it is really a lack of willingness, a fear of losing control.   We go into trance when we read a book, watch TV. Advertising has trance inducing jingles, repetitions and suggestions that make us hungry. Why else would we continue to buy food that if we slow down enough when eating it, we realize it tastes pretty disappointing compared...

The Healers

There has been a theme running through the regressions I’ve conducted of late revolving around Medicine Women—the healers in the community. I thought oracle and tarot cards were all pretty much the same thing with just different pictures on them until I began working with them. Tarot cards are all the same in that there are 78 of them (usually) and 22 of them are Major Arcana cards (usually) and the rest Minor Arcana cards. There are traditional meanings to each card, but as more and more inspired decks go on the market the meanings have expanded and become much more fluid. This is what ultimately lends itself to using our intuition to read the...

“Can it Be Disturbing?”

Posted by on Oct 4, 2011 in My Thoughts | 1 comment

I’ve had people interested in Past Life Regressions ask me if it is scary before, but when a friend recently asked about it being disturbing, I had to pause a moment to make sure to answer clearly. It is my belief that we are protected from remembering experiences that might be harmful by our subconscious minds and by what I call our spirit guides or guardian angels. If I didn’t hold this belief, PLR isn’t something I’d mess around with at all. Before each session I am reminded of a conversation with my...
